Booking Process
Contact us by using the chat button (bottom right) requesting dates. We will respond and "Fully Book" the dates for you after confirmation and deposit received.
Follow the payment links below with a deposit for the number of Nights you are requesting.
Nightly Fee- $650.00
Cleaning Fee- $325.00, due with final payment.
Deposit is 50% of nightly fee X number of nights and is due at the time you book the dates.
Example- 6 nights = $3900.00, deposit is $1950.00.
30 Days prior to stay- $1950 +$325.00= $2275.00
We will apply your deposit to available future travel dates if you need to cancel.
3 night min is preferred and we try to have 2 half days in between bookings to get the place cleaned.
Check out is 11:00AM and Checkin is 3:00PM. However, If cleaning is complete or we have a window before the next arrival, we can work with you on these times.
